Privacy Policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

BiG Studio Group, LLC (“BiG,” “we,” “us”) operates bigstudiogroup.com. This policy explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple because the site is simple: it does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your first and last name, phone number, email address and message. We also receive anything you send us by email. We use this information only to respond to you, discuss your project and keep a record of our conversation.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify you personally or to build a profile about you.

Cookies

We do not set cookies for advertising, analytics or tracking. Our hosting, font and video providers may set or read technical data as described below.

Third-party services

  • Cloudflare hosts the website and may log technical request data for security and performance.
  • Web3Forms receives and delivers the contact form to our inbox. The information you submit passes through their service to reach us.
  • Google Fonts supplies some of the site’s typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information.
  • YouTube hosts our project videos. Videos load only on project pages, and only after you click play, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Once a video starts, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that viewing.

These providers have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Links from our site to other websites are likewise outside our control.

How we use information

  • To reply to inquiries and discuss potential projects
  • To operate, secure and improve the website
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

When we share information

We share personal information only with the service providers listed above as needed to run the site and receive your messages, with professional advisers who are bound to confidentiality, or when required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If BiG is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, carry on any business relationship, and meet legal and accounting requirements. We then delete or anonymize them. Server logs kept by our hosting provider are retained for short periods under that provider’s own practices.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as government ID or payment card numbers, through the contact form.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or California privacy law, including the right to object to or restrict certain uses and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

International visitors

Our site is operated from the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. By using the site or contacting us, you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in those places.

Children

The site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed, and the current version will always be on this page.
